 Lucy married Samuel E. Prescott in 1850 - some say in Montgomery County. But they were living in Clinch County.

By 1870 Lucy and Samuel Prescott had moved to Manatee County, Florida. By 1900 the County had changed to De Sota. They raised their family there and in 1900 Lucy was still living next door to son, Hiram.
